A certified top producer, Denise Mongiardo is a real estate professional based at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty in Gainesville. Prior to becoming a realtor, she studied psychology at St. Leo University in Gainesville, where she earned a bachelor’s degree, then studied to be a cardiovascular specialist at Santa Fe Community College. After graduating, Denise Mongiardo found work as a cardiovascular specialist at Heart Labs of America, where she worked in the Cardiac Cath Lab and assisted with all aspects of the lab working, including scrubbing in with physicians, recording procedures, and administering oxygen and medications during procedures. She also conducted ultrasounds of the heart. Over the course of her career, she served patients at Munroe Regional Medical Center and Cardiology Associates of Gainesville.

In 2006, Denise Mongiardo turned her attention to real estate and now specializes in all aspects of residential real estate. She holds a real estate brokers license and belongs to multiple organizations, including the Gainesville Alachua County of Realtors and the Citrus County Association of Realtors.
